Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy Evangelo came to Advance Medical Rehabilitation Center in 2003. He has 16 years of military service and also enjoys weightlifting.

Massage Therapist. Graduated from Northern Prairie School of Massage in Sycamore, IL. in December of 2006. She began working at AMR in August 2007. Holli is a great asset to our team. When she is not working, Holli likes hanging out with friends and enjoys all types of music.

Constance                                             Andrew                                                               Steve

Massage Therapist Constance joined AMR in September of 2007. She graduated from Rockford Business College with honors. She would like to learn animal massage techniques. Her hobbies include designing clothes and singing, as well as collecting and reading poetry and quotes.

Massage Therapist Andrew is proud to have graduated from Rockford Business College with a GPA of 3.8 in Massage Therapy. We are proud to have had him on our staff since September 2007. Andrew would like to study more in the specialties of infant and prenatal massage as well as Fijian massage-a massage using the feet! When Andrew is not working he enjoys playing with his daughter, riding motorcycles and playing cards.

Massage Therapist Steve Has a Graduate of Physical Therapy degree from Florio and Salamone University in Italy. He also graduated from Rockford  Business College in Massage Therapy. Steve specialized in myofacial work and headache  treatments. When Steve is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son as well as playing guitar, signing and cooking.

Massage Therapist Justina graduated from the massage therapy program at Rock Valley College. She began working at AMR in July of 2008. She would like to continue learning different styles of massage therapy. Justina's hobbies include roller derby, hanging out with her friends and watching and playing sports.

Deanna                                                                           Amber

Massage Therapist Deanna joined AMR in March of 2006. She has been attending Rock Valley College and was accepted to the St. Anthony School of Nursing program. She is excited to begin a career in nursing in the near future as well as plans to marry her fianace, Brandon, July 4 of 2009. When Deanna is not studying or working, she enjoys playing tennis and instructing children in tennis, playing computer games and reading the Bible. Deanna also loves Hello Kitty.

Massage Therapist Amber joined AMR in October of 2008. She enjoys performing myofacial release techniques. Amber would love to learn more about acupuncture. When she is not working, Amber enjoys riding horses, planting flowers, and enjoying quality time with her daughter.
